Applicants must first register online at TrumpCard.gov and then file Form I-140G with USCIS, along with a $15,000 processing fee for each applicant and family member. After background and financial vetting, eligibility is finalized through a required contribution of at least $1 million for individual applicants or $2 million per sponsored employee for corporate filings. Once approved, applicants complete consular processing or adjustment of status to obtain U.S. permanent residence.
