Visa Bulletin for December 2025

In the F2A category, the Dates for Filing advanced by one month, moving from 22 October 2025 to 22 November 2025, while the Final Action Date remains unchanged at 1 February 2024. The F2B category shows no movement this month, with Dates for Filing holding at 8 March 2017 and the Final Action Date remaining at 1 December 2016. Under the Diversity Visa (DV) program, Europe saw a slight advancement for January, increasing from 7,750 to 8,500.

For Employment-Based categories, some modest progress occurred. EB-2 retains a Dates for Filing of 15 July 2024, but the Final Action Date advanced from 1 December 2023 to 1 February 2024. EB-3 also experienced a small forward movement, with the Final Action Date shifting from 1 April 2023 to 15 April 2023, while the Dates for Filing remain 1 July 2023. The Other Workers category shows similar slight advancement, with the Final Action Date improving from 15 July 2021 to 1 August 2021, and Dates for Filing staying at 1 December 2021.
