Petition Type Overview:
O-1A/B (Extraordinary Ability): Must show top-level national or international recognition.
EB-1A (Extraordinary Ability): Same as O-1, plus proof of sustained acclaim and work benefits the U.S.
EB-2 NIW: Advanced degrees or exceptional ability and whose work serves the U.S. national interest.
