Instead, applicants must submit payments electronically by attaching one of two forms on top of their filing: Form G-1650 to authorize an ACH debit from a U.S. bank account, or Form G-1450 to pay with a credit, debit, or prepaid card. This transition is designed to modernize payments, reduce delays from rejected checks, and improve security. Applicants should double-check their account or card information to avoid processing issues, as submissions without valid payment will be rejected.
