As a result, the Form I-526/I-526E immigrant investor petition fee has been reduced from $11,160 to $3,675, and the Form I-829 (to remove conditions) has been lowered from $9,525 to $3,750. Regional center filings have also changed: both Form I-956 and Form I-956F now carry fees of $17,795 instead of $47,695, and Form I-956G has dropped from $4,470 to $3,035. USCIS has stated that any EB-5 petition filed after November 26, 2025, must include the correct adjusted (lower) fee amount or it will be rejected. These temporary fees will remain in place while litigation continues, so EB-5 investors and regional centers should double-check the current fee chart before filing.
