In the family categories, F2A made a major jump: Dates for Filing moved up to September 22, 2025, and Final Action Dates advanced more than a year to February 1, 2024. F2B stayed mostly steady, with Dates for Filing unchanged at January 1, 2017, and Final Action Dates moving slightly forward to November 22, 2016. For the Diversity Visa (DV) Program, the DV-2026 year kicks off with Europe holding at 7,750, and that number will stay the same for November. In the employment-based categories, EB-2 moved forward significantly, with Dates for Filing advancing to July 15, 2024 and Final Action Dates to December 1, 2023. EB-3 also progressed modestly, with Dates for Filing now at July 1, 2023, while Final Action Dates remain unchanged at April 1, 2023. For Other Workers, the Dates for Filing advanced to December 1, 2021, and Final Action Dates ticked up slightly to July 15, 2021.
