In the F2A category, the Dates for Filing advanced by one month, moving from 22 September 2025 to 22 October 2025, while the Final Action Date remains unchanged at 1 February 2024. In the F2B category, the Dates for Filing moved forward by about two months, from 1 January 2017 to 8 March 2017, and the Final Action Date advanced slightly from 22 November 2016 to 1 December 2016. Under the Diversity Visa (DV) program, the cutoff number for Europe remains 7,750, with no movement for December. For Employment-Based categories, there are no changes this month. EB2 continues with a Dates for Filing of 15 July 2024 and a Final Action Date of 1 December 2023. EB3 remains the same, with Dates for Filing at 1 July 2023 and Final Action Date at 1 April 2023. The Other Workers category also shows no movement, keeping Dates for Filing at 1 December 2021 and Final Action Date at 15 July 2021.
