For June 2026, USCIS will use the Dates for Filing chart for family-based categories and the Final Action Dates chart for employment-based categories. In the family-based categories, F2A Dates for Filing remains current, while the Final Action Date advanced to January 1, 2025. F2B also moved forward, with Dates for Filing advancing to March 22, 2018, and the Final Action Date advancing to September 22, 2017. In the employment-based categories, there was no major movement for the categories listed. EB-2 remains current, EB-3 Final Action remains June 1, 2024, and Other Workers remains February 1, 2022 for Final Action Dates and August 1, 2022 for Dates for Filing. For the Diversity Visa category, the Europe cut-off number advanced to 23,000 for July, compared to 20,000 previously. Applicants should review their priority date carefully and confirm eligibility before filing.
