H-1B Cap Registration Period Announced: March 4th through March 19th

During this window, employers must electronically register each beneficiary they wish to sponsor for the FY cap season and pay the required registration fee. Employers planning to file H-1B cap-subject petitions should begin preparing now to ensure timely submission within the registration period. Late registrations will not be accepted, and only properly submitted registrations will be entered into the selection process.
