Sirin Budak

Sirin is an experienced immigration professional who has practiced in the field since 2011. She focuses on family-based and employment-based immigration matters, including family petitions, Adjustment of Status (Form I-485), Naturalization (Form N-400), PERM labor certifications, Employment Authorization Documents (EAD), and other immigrant and nonimmigrant visa processes.

She earned her Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science with a minor in Art History. Prior to her immigration practice, Sirin worked with prominent international organizations, including the United Nations High Commissioner for Refugees (UNHCR), where she gained extensive experience assisting refugees and asylum seekers.

Outside of her legal practice, Sirin is a mixed media artist who collaborates with internationally renowned hospitality companies on commissioned art projects.

In her free time, Sirin enjoys traveling, exploring new cultures, and making lasting memories with her family.
