Nese has over 10 years of legal experience, including more than 5 years in the United States. Nese assists clients with a variety of immigration matters, including PERM Labor Certifications, Adjustment of Status (AOS) applications, Family-based Visa Petitions, Naturalization Process, and Employment Authorization Document (EAD) applications and renewals.

Nese earned her Master of Laws (LL.M.) from Indiana University Robert H. McKinney School of Law, graduating with distinction. She received her law degree from Marmara University and is admitted to the Istanbul Bar Association.

Nese practiced as a litigation attorney in Turkey, where she handled a broad range of matters including civil litigation, corporate law, contract law, real estate law, and estate planning.

Outside of her professional work, Nese volunteers with local organizations that support immigrant communities. In her free time, she enjoys outdoor activities, including hiking, kayaking, and swimming.
