The F2B category also saw forward movement in the Dates for Filing, advancing from 8 March 2017 to 15 March 2017, with the Final Action Date holding steady at 1 December 2016. Under the Diversity Visa (DV) program, the cutoff number for Europe increased significantly to 11,000 for February, up from 8,500, reflecting continued progress in DV number usage.

For Employment-Based categories, several improvements were announced. EB-2 experienced notable advancement, with the Dates for Filing moving from 15 July 2024 to 15 October 2024, and the Final Action Date advancing from 1 February 2024 to 1 April 2024. EB-3 remained stable in the Dates for Filing at 1 July 2023, while the Final Action Date moved slightly forward from 15 April 2023 to 22 April 2023. The Other Workers category also showed modest progress, with the Final Action Date advancing from 1 August 2021 to 1 September 2021, while the Dates for Filing remained unchanged at 1 December 2021.
