Our law firm specializes in providing comprehensive legal support for corporations, startups, and businesses of all sizes.

This means no additional cap-subject petitions will be accepted for this fiscal year. In previous years, when the USCIS did not receive enough petitions, a second lottery was conducted in August.

USCIS will continue processing petitions that are exempt from the cap, including those for current H-1B workers seeking extensions, changes in employment terms, employer changes, or concurrent H-1B positions. The H-1B program allows U.S. businesses to employ foreign professionals in specialty occupations. For more information check the following link. USCIS Reaches Fiscal Year 2026 H-1B Cap | USCIS
