USCIS has published a 30-day Federal Register notice regarding the reinstatement, with changes, of the information collection for Form I-129H2A, Petition for a Nonimmigrant Worker: H-2A Classification. The H-2A classification allows U.S. employers to petition for foreign workers to perform temporary agricultural labor or services. This notice is part of the Paperwork Reduction Act review process and does not appear to announce a new H-2A eligibility rule by itself. USCIS is accepting public comments on the proposed information collection until June 26, 2026.
