This policy, effective through August 5, 2026, is designed to ensure timely departure and lawful status maintenance, with the standard bond amount set at $10,000. Bonds will be refunded upon compliance but forfeited in cases of visa violations such as overstaying or unauthorized work. Entry under this program is limited to a single-entry, 30-day stay through specific airports: Boston Logan, JFK, or Washington Dulles.
